Terms of Service
Last updated May 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SabiVault platform operated by SabiVault Technologies ("SabiVault", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use SabiVault. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Creator accounts
Creators are responsible for all content they publish, the accuracy of any claims they make, and compliance with applicable laws in their country of residence. SabiVault provides the infrastructure; creators run their own communities and courses.
- You own your content. You grant SabiVault a limited licence to host and deliver it.
- You are responsible for collecting and remitting any taxes owed on your earnings.
- You must complete KYC verification before withdrawing funds.
3. Member accounts
Members pay creators directly through SabiVault's payment infrastructure. Subscription fees are charged in the member's local currency at checkout. Creators receive their earnings in their own local currency.
4. Platform fee
SabiVault charges a 10% platform fee on all creator revenue. This fee is deducted before funds are credited to your wallet. There is no monthly subscription fee for creators.
5. Prohibited content
You may not use SabiVault to distribute:
- Illegal content of any kind
- Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Financial advice that is not properly disclosed as such
- Spam, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
- Content targeting minors in a harmful manner
6. Payouts and refunds
Creator payouts are processed on the first of every month, subject to a minimum balance of $10 USD. Refund eligibility is determined by the creator's refund policy. SabiVault does not guarantee refunds unless required by applicable law.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Creators can delete their account at any time from the dashboard.
8. Limitation of liability
If something goes wrong and you have a legal claim against SabiVault, the maximum amount we can be held responsible for is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the issue occurred. In plain terms: we are not liable for losses beyond what you actually paid us, and we are not responsible for lost earnings, lost data, or indirect damages of any kind.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which you are registered and operating. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of your country of residence.
